This fundraising campaign is to support the 1st Annual PORTUGAL DAY PERTH AMBOY!

Dear Friend,

As a community service organization driven by community enrichment, we are reaching out to you and your company as a possible philanthropic donor. We appreciate your time reviewing this proposal.

The Portuguese Sporting Club has a simple, but important mission: To promote and develop the moral character and physical well-being of our members; to promote good citizenship; to participate in community activities for the benefit of society in general; to provide good role models to children and youth of our community; to teach the Portuguese language, literature, geography and history.

As a sponsor, your marketing material will be shared with hundreds of people within Perth Amboy and the tri-state area Portuguese communities and beyond. Your sponsorship will be publicized in numerous media including print, website, and social media. Sponsorship of these cultural events will generate marketing and social benefits for your business.

While many worthwhile organizations would appreciate your support, we hope you will see the value of supporting the Portuguese Sporting Club, for all we have already accomplished and for the all we have yet to achieve.

FRIEND LEVEL:   a donation of $50 or more

As a small token of appreciation, the PSC would like to offer our Friend level donors:

• Name or company name listed for 3 months on our website
• Name or company logo included in (1) event flyer and promotional materials

BRONZE LEVEL:   a donation of $500 or more

As a small token of appreciation, the PSC would like to offer our Bronze level donors:

• Name or company name listed for 3 months on our website
• Name or company logo included in (1) event flyer and promotional materials
• (1) PSC t-shirt

SILVER LEVEL:   a donation of $1500 or more

As a small token of appreciation, the PSC would like to offer our Silver level donors:

· Banner Ad Space on our website (3 months)

· ONE Ticket to an upcoming Special Event

· Name or company logo included on One Special Event Flyer

· (1) PSC t-shirt

· ONE complimentary day time use of our ballroom for conferences or business luncheon

· TWO complimentary tickets to our 2019 or 2020 New Year’s Eve celebration, featuring an incredible dinner, dancing, and open bar.

GOLD LEVEL:  a donation of $3000 or more 

As a small token of appreciation, the PSC would like to offer our Gold level donors:

• Banner Ad Space on our website (6 months)
• TWO Tickets to an upcoming Special Event
• Name or company logo included on 2 Special Event Flyers
• (2) PSC t-shirtS
• TWO complimentary day time use of our ballroom for conferences or business luncheon
• TWO complimentary tickets to our 2019 or 2020 New Year’s Eve celebration, featuring an incredible dinner, dancing, and open bar.

PLATINUM LEVEL:  a donation of $5000 or more
